Sterilization chemical Integrator (CLASS 5)
Short Description:
The product is designed according to the requirements of the CLASS 5 chemical indicator in GB18282.1. When exposed to pressure steam sterilization, the indicator will dissolve and crawl along the color bar to indicate the sterilization effect. The Integrator is composed of a color indicator strip, a metal carrier, a breathable film, an interpretation label and an indicator
The indicator is very sensitive to steam saturation, steam temperature and exposure time During the sterilization process, the indicator will dissolve and crawl along the colored indicator bar. According to the distance of the indicator displayed in the observation window, determine whether the key parameters (temperature, time and steam saturation) of the pressure steam sterilization meet the requirements.
Application scope
It is suitable for monitoring the pressure steam sterilization effect of 121-135℃
Usage
1、Open the bag, take out the appropriate amount of instruction card, and then close the bag
2、Put the Integrator in the center of the pack to be sterilized; for hard containers, they should be placed at two diagonal corners or in the most difficult to sterilize parts of the container.
3、Sterilize according to established procedures
4、After the sterilization is completed, remove the Integrator to determine the result.
Result determination:
Qualified: The black indicator of the Integrator crawls to the "qualified" area, indicating that the main parameters of sterilization meet the requirements.
Failure: The black indicator of the Integrator does not crawl to the "qualified" area of sterilization, which means that at least one key parameter in the sterilization process has not met the requirements.
Cautions
1. This product is only used for monitoring of the steam sterilization, not for dry heat, chemical gas sterilization and other sterilization methods.
2. If the indicator of the Integrator in several sterilized items do not reach the "qualified" area, the results of the biological indicator should be observed, and the reason for the sterilization failure should be analyzed.
3. This product should be stored in a dry environment at 15-30°C and a relative humidity of less than 60%, and protected from light (including natural light, fluorescence and ultraviolet light)
