Instructions

3、Sterilize operations according to the instructions of the sterile manufacturer.
4、After the sterilization program is completed, open the door of the cabinet, take out the test package, and check the chemical indicator on the test package label. If the indicator changes from yellow to gray or black, it indicates that the test package is exposed to saturated steam.
5、Open the test package and take out the biosensory agent, place it above 15 minutes to cool to the room temperature, pinch the bottle, and cultivate recovery at 56-58 ° C. Results judgment:
