Short Description:
This product is a special lead-free chemical indicator card for 134°C pressure steam sterilization. Under 134°C pressure steam conditions, the indicator changes from the original color to black after 4 minutes to indicate whether the sterilization effect is achieved.
Application scope
It is suitable for monitoring the effectiveness of 134℃, 4min pressure steam sterilization in medical and health institutions.
Usage
Place the instruction card into the middle of the package of the items to be sterilized; perform sterilization operations according to the conventional pre-vacuum (or pulsating vacuum) sterilization operation. After sterilization is completed, take out the instruction card and observe the color change of the indicator part.
Result judgment: If the color of the indicator part of this instruction card reaches or is darker than "standard black", it means that the items to be sterilized "have met the requirements for sterilization"; if the indicator part does not change color or the color is lighter than "standard black", It means that the items to be sterilized "do not meet the sterilization requirements".
Cautions
1、This product only indicates whether the sterilization has reached the specified temperature and time, but does not mean whether there are still microorganisms surviving.
2、The instruction card must be stored in the original packaging. Do not take it out if not in use. Keep it sealed to prevent moisture.
