Short Description:
This product is made of special paper with certain breathable properties and heat-sensitive materials. When the air is completely discharged, the temperature reaches 132℃-134℃ and is maintained for 3.5-4.0 minutes. The pattern on the paper can change from the original beige to uniform Dark brown or black. When there is air mass in the standard test bag that has not been completely discharged, the temperature does not meet the above requirements or there is a leak in the sterilizer, the pattern on the paper will not discolor at all or will discolor unevenly, usually in the middle color. Application scope
It is suitable for testing the air removal effect of pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizers. It can be used for daily monitoring, verification when designing sterilization operating procedures, measurement of the effect after installation and commissioning of new sterilizers, and measurement of performance after maintenance of the sterilizer.
Usage
This product is used in conjunction with the standard test package specified in the "Technical Specifications for Disinfection". During operation, place the test chart in the middle of the test package, then place the test package at the exhaust port in the sterilizer room, close the cabinet door, Carry out sterilization test processing at 134°C for 3.5 minutes. After completion, open the cabinet door, unpack the test package, and observe the test results.
Cautions
1、When storing and using this product, it is forbidden to come into contact with acidic and alkaline substances, and avoid getting damp to avoid affecting the effect of this product.
2、The test is conducted under saturated steam conditions at 134°C, and the time shall not exceed 4 minutes.
3、The test should be conducted with an empty pot before the first sterilization every day.
4、When testing, the test bag should be looser and the cloth should not be too dry or wet.
5、This product cannot be used to test the effect of pressure steam sterilization.
